Vanni Hope is thrilled to share the story of our latest Sustainable Livelihood Project in Urumpirai, Jaffna, where we provided a local man with essential electric tools to help him earn a living. Sponsored by Dr. Paramasamy Paramsothy from Australia, this initiative exemplifies our commitment to empowering individuals through sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Empowering Through Tools and Training
The tools provided included an electric drill, planer, impact drill, and angle grinder—critical equipment for skilled labour. These tools will enable the recipient to undertake various construction and repair tasks, helping him generate income and support his family. By equipping individuals with the resources they need to succeed, we aim to foster self-reliance and economic independence.
