Honouring Excellence in Carnatic Music and Dance in Sri Lanka

Vanni Hope is proud to have supported the Certificate Distribution Event celebrating the remarkable achievements of students who excelled in the All-Sri Lanka Carnatic Music and Dance Competition. The event, held at Cine Citta Hall in Nuwara Eliya, recognised the first, second, and third-place winners and honoured the dedicated teachers who played a pivotal role in their success.

Recognising Talent and Dedication

Carnatic music and dance hold a deep cultural significance, and competitions like these encourage young artists to refine their skills and embrace their heritage. This event was a testament to their hard work, discipline, and artistic passion.

Alongside the students, teachers who mentored and guided them were also recognised for their contributions. Their dedication ensures that Sri Lanka’s rich classical traditions continue to thrive for future generations.

A Collaborative Effort for Cultural Growth

This initiative was made possible through the generous financial support of Dr. Malathi Waran, whose contribution helped make the event a grand success. We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Waran for their unwavering commitment to the arts and education.

A special acknowledgment also goes to our field officer, Shadika, for her dedication in organising this event and ensuring it was conducted in a meaningful and dignified manner.

Encouraging Future Generations

Vanni Hope remains committed to supporting initiatives that empower young talents, preserve cultural traditions, and provide opportunities for students to excel. Events like these not only celebrate achievements but also motivate the next generation to pursue their artistic passions with confidence.

We look forward to continuing our work in nurturing arts, education, and cultural development across Sri Lanka.
