Celebrating Darshika’s Graduation and Her Journey in Food Production Technology

Vanni Hope is proud to celebrate the academic success of one of our student sponsorship recipients, Darshika Sivananthakumar from Veerapuram, Vavuniya. Through our Education Support Initiative, Darshika has successfully completed her Bachelor of Biosystems Technology Honours degree, specialising in Food Production Technology, from the Faculty of Technology, University of Jaffna. She graduated with Second Class – Upper Division, achieving an impressive 3.64 OGPA.

This is no small feat and stands as a testament to Darshika’s determination, perseverance, and unwavering focus on her academic goals despite facing significant personal and financial challenges.

Darshika’s journey is part of Vanni Hope’s broader mission to uplift underprivileged youth across Sri Lanka through our Student Sponsorship Program.
