Empowering Educators Through Smart Board Training in Nuwara Eliya

Vanni Hope recently conducted a Smart Board Training Program hosted at Dimbulla Patana Tamil Maha Vidyalayam in the Nuwara Eliya District, Central Province. This initiative brought together 34 teachers from various schools, who gathered to enhance their knowledge and skills in using Smart Board technology effectively.

Training Highlights

The training session focused on equipping teachers with the tools and techniques to make the most of the Smart Boards in their classrooms that we’ve implemented. Key areas covered included:

• Effective use of Smart Boards: Teachers were taught how to navigate the features of Smart Boards to enhance their teaching.
• Innovative teaching techniques: Methods to engage students and create interactive lessons using the technology were demonstrated.
• Exploring teaching tools: Educators were introduced to a variety of resources available through Smart Board technology to enrich classroom learning.

The enthusiasm and cooperation of the teachers made the session a resounding success, highlighting their commitment to advancing their teaching practices.
